THE INTERNATIONAL CLUBMAKERS GUILD ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2010

Ilion, NY, by Steve Newton, ICG Secretary -- The International Clubmakers Guild (ICG) a non-profit member owned organization formed to service its members in all aspects of the golf industry, announces that Charlie Blume, Jim McCleery, and Ken Collins have been elected by the membership to serve 3 year terms on the ICG Board of Directors from April 1, 2010 thru March 31, 2013. In addition, George Sigeti has been elected to serve a 2 year term (resulting from a recent vacancy on the Board) from April 1, 2010 thru March 31, 2012.

“It is the mission of the International Clubmakers Guild (ICG) to enhance member skills in all aspects of golf club fitting, retro-fitting, repair and assembly.

The ICG creates and maintains universal specification standards for the golf equipment industry and offers to its worldwide membership continuing education and certification in the practice of the most advanced industry procedures and design advancements.”

As the ICG enters its second full year in support of golf equipment professionals worldwide, the aforementioned members will join the current Board of Directors to help shape the future course of the Guild.
